Harper interviews your team and turns what they know into a knowledge base your company can run on.
A conversation with our interviewer, about ten minutes. It asks what you are trying to fix, and someone at Harper reads what you said.
What Harper does
Harper interviews your team. An AI interviewer asks how your company works, listens, and follows up where an answer is thin.
An interview runs as a text conversation or as a voice call. The interviewer can lead the conversation itself, or one of our people leads with the interviewer alongside.
Everything said is kept as a transcript. From it, Harper writes structured knowledge: documents, and the individual claims they are built from, each traced back to the moment it was said.
Why it exists
Most of what a company knows lives in people’s heads. Writing it down by hand is slow, and what does get written goes stale.
Talking is faster than writing. An interview captures what a form misses, and Harper keeps asking until each subject is covered.
What it enables
A knowledge base that shows its own gaps. Coverage tracking marks what is known and what is still needed from you, so the next question is always visible.
Knowledge you can verify. Every claim carries its source, so you can check it against what was actually said.
A record of every change. Each write lands in an event ledger, so the knowledge base has a history you can read.
